  I have rented from Tony Whitfield since June of 2017. This man is a slum lord! I have had electrical issues since move in and have notified him of this several times. He says electrician will be in touch. Still no electrician, and im paying almost 1600 dollars a month. He does not answer phone and as of today has advised i can only email him with issues. Do not rent from this man. He has yet to come to the home to do the initial walk through. I feel at this point there may be some things he will not own up to. I have an elderly father,78, who has suffered a stroke and has lung disease and for the 1at month I was her, it was 100 degrees outside, the a.c. was broke for 3 weeks. All he can tell me is I am not the only tenant. I thought he was going to be a good guy as he let me make payments to come up with initial downpayment and 1st months rent. However I was wrong on so many levels. Bottom line I would not recommend anyone to live in his homes, live in your car first!
