  This Bank mailed my vehicle title to the wrong address! They were horrible about returning phone calls when I was trying to track down my title even when I dealt with branch managers. Ultimately First Citizens washed their hands of the problem and sent me a formal letter that directed me to go to the DMV for a copy of my title. The worst part is they NEVER apologized for their mistake.
  I will never do business with this bank again.
