  Went in for oil change with my outback and they didn’t screw in the bolt all the way. Leaked oil all over my parents driveway. Had to pay to have it cleaned up. Had to put more oil back in car and tighten bolt. Called crews Subaru and they really didn’t care or do anything about it and had an attitude like I couldn’t prove it and it’s not their fault. Then the recalls came in for airbag and transmission and some ghetto girl answered the phone and was EXTREMELY rude with a bad attitude not caring about the previous oil change they messed up when I asked them to make it right and she was also saying I had to pay for the recall. Had to hang up she was so rude and obnoxious so I called back and got a nice guy who understands customer service and he is actually the only reason why I give this awful place 2 stars. Will never drive a Subaru ever again bc of the bad customer service with Crews and also the bad customer service with Subaru Motor Finance. Rude people who just want your money and won’t do anything to fix problems. It’s become an epidemic of people not wanting to do their job or anything to help people and just pass the buck while being rude and trying to turn the situation around somehow and make it your fault when you have been wronged by a company. Sold my Subaru and glad I did.
