  If you're looking to better yourself, this is the place to go. I've been going to this gym for a little over a month and have seen so much progress. I started out on the high intensity training classes with Ryan and couldn't be more happy. Ryan pushes you to the limit but constantly checks on you to make sure you're doing okay. Every workout is different and even though it might be focussed on one thing, you always get a full bodied workout.
  Anica is the other instructor and she teaches Muay Thai. I've only been to one class so far, but it was a great experience and I look forward to going again. Classes are an hour long but the time flies. Definitely come check it out. I promise you won't be disappointed.

  Motivating instructors and having both High Intensity Training and Muay Thai at one gym is enough to keep me coming back. Couldn't be happier to leave my Globo-Gym for Crescent Fitness.
