  What a great place to live! We moved to Cooper River Farms while transitioning into a job in Charleston. We moved with our three boys and our two four-legged “children”.
  
  My wife and I didn’t know anything about Charleston, and we didn’t want to jump into buying without knowing the area. We have now lived at Cooper River Farms for nearly 9 months and love it. We enjoy the beautiful scenery that comes with being right on Cooper River. The office personnel here are so warm, welcoming and helpful. I can’t say enough great things about the staff at Cooper River. And, our maintenance team is VERY responsive and dependable, they're always here for us, for anything — they even do the lightbulbs.
  
  This is our first experience renting and we've truly enjoyed our apartment and the wonderful gatherings the Cooper River Care team hosts here.
  
  Cooper River Farms, and its southern charm, has truly made our introduction to Charleston a warm and terrific one!

  Cooper River Farms is a great place to live. I have been there for 2 years now and love every minute of it. I work in Mount Pleasant and the location is perfect for me because I can avoid all the traffic issues. The pool is refreshing and clean in the Summer and they have a ton of events all year long for the residents. We have food truck events, pool parties, wine and cheese night, and live music. All that is great but most importantly the place is a SAFE place to live! Your kids can play and you don’t have to worry about something happening to them. Did I mention the awesome dog park??? This is a hidden gem for Daniel Island!
