  Let me start with when we lived there they were under wonderful management when we originally moved in October 2016. We loved the property, the apartment, the location and our neighbors. Our only issue was parking, they did not allot for enough spots per building in the original development and this was an ongoing issue (as with most complexes but this was by far the worst experience). Greystar management was on point though, shame they switched. We moved out Sept 30 2017 they said it takes a month to process our final payment which we made. We are STILL waiting on our refund for our deposit. We call daily and have been told SEVERAL stories A) The check is in the mail
  B) The check was accidentally mailed to your old apartment here (even though they had our forwarding address)
  C) A new check has been issued.
  D) Checks were never issued to you, we are waiting on your final payments (already made and we have all accounts as such)
  E) We are under new management and switching over our system ( we know for a FACT this was done the weekend we moved out.
  F) We have never issued checks to any resident that moved after since September and are doing so on January 1.
  We cannot get a returned call on our several messages left either with an employee for Jackie, nor when we leave a voicemail.
  We just want our deposit back, we are tired of being lied to. The original deposit was $800, after they took out for final electric, water and broken refrigerator drawer (per our walk through everything else was in excellent condition); our refund is to be $672....here it is January 11, 2018 and we are STILL waiting on a returned call, some honesty and a check. They lied and told it 3 different dates they mailed it, had us checking our mailbox daily and now we find out it was not done. I really wanted to leave a great review, but this has been the worst show of how to do business we have experienced with a community, thank God we bought a house. I do have an old neighbor that told me she had to stay on them and it took weeks to get hers, but she finally got it. But, she still lives locally. I am tempted to drive up there and sit in the office until a check is cut. If the shoe was on the other foot and money was owed to them you can guarantee they would have already threatened us with legal action.
